Hi! My name is Jordan, I am currentently taking my 200 hr vinyasa yoga teacher training! As long as I can remember I have been involved in some sort of athletic activity including dance, soccer, softball, volleyball, weightlifting, track, etc etc. I believe I was about 14 years old when my mom took me to my first yoga class and I fell in love and haven't stopped yet. I love the combination of strength, stabilty and mental clarity. I lean toward a more power flow vinyasa focusing on holds and building strength. I find that when I activate the muscles I am able to "deactivate" my overactive mind. I hope to pass on my knowledge and help you on your journey toward whatever it is you are seeking. Love you all ♥
